Q. Can Demar produce my live check mailings?

A Yes. Demar can produce check documents using sheetfed lasers or continuous
form lasers. Our lasers can image checks in a simplex or duplex configuration.
We have passed the security audits of many large financial institutions and
continue to produce MICR mailings for them today.

  
  Q. My clients request tracking information to time their events to the date of delivery.
Can I track my mail campaign?

A. Through our website, you can navigate to the AccuTrack mail tracking system.
You will need to set up an account with your Demar Direct sales representative.
Accutrack is a very easy-to-use tool that will give you loads of information.

  
  Q. Do you produce the entire campaign, or do I need to have my printing shipped
to your fulfillment?

A. Either way will work, generally our clients have found that having us print
the entire campaign streamlines the production process, and allows for additional
savings across the board.

  
  Q. I have some very expensive lists that contain sensitive information such as
Pin numbers, outstanding balances...etc. What do you do to ensure the security
of my data?

A. Demar Direct has a program called DataSafe, which utilizes up-to-date encryption
as well as servers with Firewall security. We also have a complete security system
including video cameras, security audits and specially trained personnel.

  
  Q. In order to maximize print quantities and discounts, I will frequently print well
ahead of schedule and for multiple drops. Can Demar store my materials until
needed for production?

A. We have a complete warehouse management system for maintaining your
inventory. All incoming materials are spot checked for quality and verified by weight.
